I have to say that Sigma brushes created a whole new chapter to my makeup world. Honestly, I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Sigma brushes are, and I highly recommend that you try some.

Here's the list of my 7 favorite Sigma brushes of life:

3DHD Kabuki Brush: THIS IS A MUST HAVE to anyone who uses fluid foundations and am looking for superb coverage. I have been using my blender for over a year, and I have stopped using it since the day I got this brush--I don't even know where my blender is anymore. This is a pure perfection and works so well for those who likes to dab (not swipe) foundation into the skin. I believe that this brush brings the performance of fluid foundations to its max as I was really surprised to find some of my foundation to conceal so much better with this brush than with my other brushes, beauty blender, or hand. Now I must get the 3DHD Precision Brush

F80 Flat Kabuki Brush: I saw a lot of Youtubers rave about this product, and I can how this would work well for people who needs light to medium coverage. It is very dense and is great for swiping foundation, but not as effective as the 3DHD Kabuki Brush when it comes to dabbing foundation into the skin. I currently have been using this when I'm contouring to buff out any harsh lines.

F35 Tapered Highlighter Brush: Another amazing product perfect for putting on highlighters and blushes. I actually use this one to apply blushes as I use a cream highlighter, and its flawless.

F30 Large Powder Brush: This is what I use to set my makeup. Its big, its soft, its fluffy, it feels amazing on my skin, what more can I say?

E30 Pencil Brush: This one is perfect for defining the outer V prior to blending it out. It's pointy top helps me have total control over my eye makeup, and I love it!

E25 Blending Brush: If I could recommend just ONE brush from Sigma, it would have to be this E25 Blending Brush. It is super soft and blends like a dream. It's perfect. Get it. Period.

E06 Winged Liner Brush: If you want to have perfect control over your eyeliner, this brush is it! I like my eyeliners to be thin and precise, and this brush gives me absolute control over how thinn/thick I want my eyeliners to be in whatever shape I desire. If you use a gel eyeliner, this is a must have!

P80 Precision Flat: Because I didn't like F80 as a brush for applying foundation (as I need extra EXTRA coverage), I thought I wouldn't like P80 but wow. I was really surprised by this one! I like to use a lighter foundation to highlight the bridge of my nose, my forehead, and brighten under my eyes, and this one was born for that! Its small yet very dense, and I can easily add extra coverage using this brush which is always an added bonus for me.

Do you own Sigma Brushes? What are your thoughts on them?

XOXO,

HaeMin

  3. There are a few different brush sets from different brands that I want to try, and Sigma is definitely on that list! I haven't tried any of their brushes yet, but I like the sound of the blending brush! I kinda suck at it so a great brush would be a good start haha. Thanks for sharing these :)

  5. I've never tried sigma and I've been so undecided between Sigma, RT and Zoeva. I don't know which ones to buy. This post doesn't help either because it makes me want to go for Sigma but then THE OTHERS. I might just buy them all ahahahah

  8. wow! You have a nice collection and yes, like many others here (and beyond!) Have heard so much about the awesomeness of Stigma brushes but I have not a chance to try them out, just yet... I also heard the vegan brand, Zoeva is a big contender to Stigma ones, for smaller budget.

I have yet to own a proper full set of professional brushes. I guess in due time, it will happen, somewhere down the road *_^

Thanks for dropping by to LUMINNEJ and leave such a lovely comment. I shall hope so much to see you more again Haemin *_^

Your makeup skill is nice! Wish I can do my makeup half as good as you, haha. I do agree with some of the gals here, the rose gold collection do look so tempting! gosh...haha
